User Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with the MartyVation Publisher app when it is used to connect MartyVation's Facebook Page or Instagram professional account for publishing and account-management workflows.

The MartyVation website does not currently provide public user accounts, comments, checkout, or login features. This deletion page exists for Meta platform compliance and for anyone whose Facebook or Instagram account data may have been connected to a MartyVation-managed Meta app.

What Data May Be Stored

If you authorize a MartyVation Meta app, we may store limited technical connection data needed to publish or manage MartyVation content through Meta services. This may include:

• Facebook Page ID and Page name.
• Instagram professional account ID, username, and basic profile details returned by Meta.
• Access tokens or refreshable credentials needed to publish approved content.
• Publishing logs, post IDs, media IDs, timestamps, and related operational records.

We do not use this connection to sell personal information. The connection is used to operate MartyVation's own social publishing workflow.

How To Request Deletion

To request deletion of Facebook or Instagram data connected to the MartyVation Publisher app, send a request through one of the official MartyVation contact channels linked from the home page.

Please include:

1. The app name: MartyVation Publisher.
2. Your Facebook Page name or Facebook profile name associated with the request.
3. Your Instagram username, if the request involves Instagram.
4. A short note saying you want connected Meta app data deleted.

Do not send passwords, private access tokens, payment card numbers, or sensitive identity documents.

What We Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete locally stored access tokens, connected account IDs, publishing connection records, and other app-related data that MartyVation controls and no longer needs to retain.

Content already published to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, X, or another third-party platform may need to be removed using that platform's own tools, because those platforms independently control their copies, logs, backups, analytics, and account records.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is needed because of technical, security, or legal reasons, we will handle the request as promptly as reasonably possible.
