By visiting or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

MartyVation.com is the official brand website for MartyVation. The site currently provides a featured video, official social links, a store link, a Privacy Policy, these Terms of Use, and related machine-readable discovery files. The site is intended to serve as a simple public web anchor for the MartyVation brand.

6. Store, Products, Orders, and Fulfillment

The MartyVation store is hosted through Printify at martyvation.printify.me. Product browsing, product descriptions, sizing information, inventory, pricing, taxes, checkout, payment processing, shipping, production, fulfillment, returns, exchanges, cancellations, customer support, and order-related communications are handled outside martyvation.com by Printify and any relevant ecommerce, payment, shipping, fraud prevention, tax, or fulfillment partners.

MartyVation.com does not process payments directly and does not store your payment card information. If you purchase products through the store, your purchase is governed by the terms, checkout notices, return policies, privacy policies, and customer support procedures shown by Printify or the relevant service provider.

Product images, colors, print placement, measurements, delivery estimates, and availability may vary. Review product details carefully before purchasing. MartyVation is not responsible for delays, production issues, shipping carrier performance, payment provider decisions, rejected transactions, customs duties, local taxes, or other matters handled by third-party commerce providers.

7. Content and Entertainment Disclaimer

MartyVation content may include comedy, commentary, satire, fictionalized material, character-driven performance, social observations, motivational or anti-motivational language, parody, opinion, and entertainment. If your complaint concerns content hosted on a third-party platform, such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X, or Printify, you may need to use that platform's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property reporting process because the content and account tools are controlled by that platform.

Your use of the site is also subject to the MartyVation Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled when you visit the website, click external links, use social platforms, or visit the Printify store.
